Here at Willow Hospice, we have had such an amazing experience with HospiceWorks EMR! The system is incredibly user-friendly, dependable, and truly designed with hospice professionals and our daily workflows in mind. Documentation is streamlined, compliance reporting is seamless, and the entire system has made our work so much more efficient!

Their new Hospice Audit Guard Co-Pilot AI audit tool has completely changed the compliance landscape for us. It takes the guesswork out of documentation and feels like having an on-demand QA monitor ready to review your chart and identify exactly what may need to be updated, clarified, or corrected. It has significantly reduced my documentation time, improved my workflow, and given me greater confidence that our records are complete and compliant.

Ramon Sanchez, the founder, is genuinely hands-on and truly cares about his clients. He and his customer support team are always responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help whenever needed. They may say they will respond within 24 hours, but in reality, we usually receive an answer within a couple of hours! That level of support helps me close out tasks quickly and keep our operations moving without unnecessary delays. You can truly tell that they are passionate about what they do and committed to helping hospice organizations succeed.

Our agency has used HW for over a year now.  I have worked for other agencies and their software.  Hospice Works is user friendly and I prefer a dashboard that is not so "cluttered" with widgets that are not needed 1/2 the time. Hospice Works is a great EMR to use and we give it 5 stars. We use it in hospice. It is very comprehensive, easy to use, their support team is very prompt and helpful. Mr Ramon is available to personally assist. The important aspect of Hospice Works is that it is easy to navigate for example , we can get the entire Doctors order, plan of care, diagnosis, frequencies in one comprehensive document where one signature just covers everything. In other EMRs one would have to sign ten different places, here it is comprehensive one complete document. Same thing with IDT notes. The Plan of care  is a checklist  which makes it easy and one doesn't miss anything. Hospice works so far is quite cost effective in comparison to other EMRs out there.
